Meta Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Eldari Inc. ("Eldari," "we," "us") operates the Eldari platform. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Eldari, we receive data from Meta Platforms, Inc. under the scopes you authorize. This page explains how to request deletion of that data.

We will complete any deletion request within 30 days and send confirmation to the email address on your Eldari account.

Option A: Disconnect in-app

Sign in to Eldari, go to Data Sources, locate the Facebook connection in the list, and click Delete. This immediately revokes the access token and schedules deletion of ingested Meta content associated with that connection within 30 days.

Option B: Revoke from Facebook

Visit facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools, locate Eldari in the list of connected business tools, and remove the app. Facebook will send us a deauthorization notification; we will delete the corresponding access token and ingested Meta content within 30 days.

Option C: Email request

Email jessica@eldaribio.com from the address on your Eldari account with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request. Include the Facebook user ID or Page name whose data you want deleted. We will confirm completion within 30 days.

What we delete

In response to any of the requests above, we delete:

  • The Facebook or Instagram access token(s) associated with your connection
  • Facebook user ID, name, email, and profile information received during Facebook Login
  • Any Page posts, captions, comments, media, or insights data ingested from the connected account
  • Vector embeddings derived from that content in our search index

Workflow outputs that you explicitly saved as your own content (drafts you authored using Eldari workflows) are not automatically deleted, as they are considered your work product. To delete those as well, request full Eldari account deletion via the email address above.

Full account deletion

To delete your entire Eldari account including all Meta-derived data and any workflow outputs, email jessica@eldaribio.com with the subject line Eldari Account Deletion Request. See the full Privacy Policy for your complete data rights.
